Ben is an NFL player who has to deal with losses and mental health issues and decides to move to a small town far from the media spotlight. Where she meets Ella, sexy, funny and with her dogs always willing to help a friend. They have to deal with mental and health problems at the same time they are starting to falling in love, but is love e enough ? They have to make a big decision. For me the novel is in the background, the focus of the book is to deal with problems and overcome them in a psychologically correct and healthy way. There are many unnecessary descriptions, of dogs (and I love dogs), of home reforms, of family, of medical terms and exams.
